"I signed up with State Farm in October through Monte Folsom, but they couldn't figure out how to get my bill to appear on the app or my acct. (Ill attatch the communication between them and my wife.) So my policy got canceled. We can't see our acct, but end of December I call Chris' office because we just moved out here and a super cool dude with an accent talks to explains my policy has been canceled and gives me a number to call to get it paid up. He tells me to switch to them so he can help get it fixed in the future. Great experience that gets my insurance reinstated with no fees. Only my billing gets transferred to Chris' so I call them again and the same dude answers! Really cool guy and he remembered me we got if figured out. Now end of January, there's a fee and one of my cars policies have been canceled. So I called Chris Baldwins office and a nice lady answered she said she'd call HQ to see what's going on I told her it's okay I can take care of it. Great conversation she's a lot of help. I try to call HQ, but it reroutes me back to Chris' office. A lady named Kelly answers, I say dangit I'm back here!? She says yeah during office hours it'll reroute you back to our office. i say "well okay how do I get a hold of the State Farm HQ?" She snaps what "do you need?" I say "oh man you must be having a bad morning!" She turns it around so we have a conversation, she continues to explain i didnt pay my bill for 3 months, i explain what happened with Monte and how I did pay in December after it was canceled and it was reinstated she cuts me off and says can I finish? Admittedly being frustrated I told her "You're Fing rude, F U" and hung up. I figured I'd go up there with the texts to monte and talk to the agent that had an accent or the lady from this morning and figure this out where I'm not paying a reinstatement fee a month after I got reinstated and why my 3rd car isn't on there. I got Chris, again admittedly I was already super frustrated so I wasn't my happy self, but I wasn't rude, I sat down said that I had talked to someone named kelly and she was rude, showed the correspondence between my wife and Montes office, I explained I paid after having my policy canceled and got it reinstated in December, and ask for it to be adjusted. He says he that he doesn't have the power to do that and that I was insured for 4 months and only paid twice. I explain that I kept trying to pay, but I couldn't it wasn't showing up, he keeps getting louder and louder getting frustrated, I tell him my policy was canceled and I got it reinstated, he tells me, "That may be but you never had a lapse in coverage!" opens up a page on his computer flips the screen so I can see it like I'm a moron, highlights the line with his cursor, and reads, "policy is reinstated With a lapse in coverage!" I say "see! Exactly! It says with a lapse in coverage." he says, "that's already calculated!" I ask him to lower his voice and tell him he's yelling at me and theres no need for that. He says "you came in with a lot of heat." I say "we'll I'm very frustrated and someone was rude to me on the phone, but I'm not raising my voice and I'm speaking calmly." He says "yeah well I just have a loud voice." So childishly I raise my voice to him and repeat that I did have a lapse in coverage I got reinstated already with no fee! Then I lower my voice back down and say "See man I don't want to yell that's dumb." He says "pick another agent I don't want to work with you." I get furious because I just want help, wrongfully on my part again I tell him F U cancel my policy and walk out, then I think as i was walking out I said he was a soft a#$ man. So yeah terrible experience. First lady I talked to this morning, amazing, guy with accent, amazing, Kelly and Chris are really use to disrespecting people, I didnt handle this perfectly by any means and I do regret using profanity, but I made sure to leave it in my story because it's honestly what happened so people can know how you will be treated by these people."
