"I have been with start farm for 15 years including two different agents. I’ll be honest when I first signed on to this office with a gentleman who’s first name started with an A I considered leaving State Farm. I dreaded every call because some how he lost my information every time… HOWEVER, I recently started working with Joy and she completely changed everything! She is a shining representation of what I love about State Farm and their staff. She is attentive, caring , and knowledgeable (even for only being there a short time). State Farm found a gem and I hope they recognize her for that."
